I really enjoyed the proximity to the parque ecologico explora, just about a 2.5 km stroll away, and the auditorio mateo herrera, which is equally close, made my weekend walks delightful, allowing me to soak in the local atmosphere without any hassle. i felt like i was right in the heart of the action.

Comfortable room, efficient amenities, the breakfast offered was tasty and filling to kickstart the day, and the location is conveniently close to Del Bajio International Airport for easy access to travel.

The cozy King Room featured comfortable pillows, an efficient AC, and convenient WiFi. However, there were noticeable maintenance issues. the bathtub was smaller than expected and lacked sufficient cleanliness in certain areas. Some facilities, like the pool, also appeared to need better upkeep.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room and honestly, the room was spacious but could use some TLC. The in-room breakfast was pretty good, though! The staff were friendly but didn’t really handle some minor issues well. Also, the TV signal was spotty, which was a bummer.
